To optimize productivity and ensure the security of sensitive data, organizations must provide high-performing employees with the flexibility to work beyond their desks. To address this, a solution is needed that allows employees to use their personal devices while staying connected to the corporate communication system and leveraging business information with each call. Furthermore, businesses often lose valuable client interaction history when communication occurs outside of the corporate phone system. Thus, there is a need for a solution that provides insight into all employee-client interactions, even while employees are on the road. Enter ESI ePhoneGO2™.

With the ePhoneGO2™ application for iOS smartphones, users can enjoy a seamless user experience that mirrors the functionality of an ESI desktop phone. This empowers "on-the-go" employees to make and receive business calls from anywhere using their personal devices, all while maintaining a single office phone number and voicemail. This eliminates the need to disclose personal mobile numbers to clients—a significant benefit!

 <li>Receive calls on your mobile device that were placed to your office phone number</li>
 <li>Make outgoing business calls remotely that appear to have been placed from your office</li>
 <li>Calls made with ePhoneGO2™ will display your office Caller ID instead of your personal phone number</li>
 <li>One-to-one Video calls with other ePhoneGO2™ users</li>
 <li>Upgrade established voice calls to video calls with other ePhoneGO2™ users</li>
 <li>Access the corporate directory and view availability status of contacts</li>
 <li>Create a list of frequently called users from the corporate directory or personal contacts</li>
 <li>Establish messaging sessions (SMS or IM)</li>
 <li>Transfer calls (blind or supervised) as you would from your desk</li>
 <li>Record calls from your mobile phone</li>
 <li>Toggle Do-Not-Disturb mode on or off for your mobile device, allowing you to pause alerting when you have your desk phone available</li>
 <li>Call routing options that fully sync with your platform</li>
 <li>Notification of new voicemail messages</li>
 <li>Make calls over WiFi or various data networks with regular data rates</li>
